6. Illegal Acts

6.1 It is a criminal offence to use a false name or known invalid credit card when placing an order.

6.2 Resound Wellness records electronic information for all orders and will cooperate fully with authorities to prosecute fraudulent activity.

7. Returns & Refunds Policy

You may return or refuse goods under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want a product, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt. Products must be unopened, in good condition, and in their original packaging. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

  • Faulty Products: If a product is faulty or damaged, it will be replaced or refunded (including delivery costs). You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and, where possible, provide photographic proof. In some cases, goods may need to be returned for quality analysis, and we will arrange courier collection.
